I love this. That was a big recurring theme in our feature Russ Hawkins's career in leadership. Not letting perfect get in the way of good — then adapting, failing forward. It's like a significantly more educated "ready, fire, aim" approach, but I found myself envious of his ability to decide, deal with the outcome, and respond. Super agile.
